2020 Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes: A deep red core with a rich cardinal hued rim, the wine opens with classic Napa Cabernet Sauvignon aromatics—ripe cassis , sunburst blackberry, graphite and chapparal surrounded by a balanced frame of American oak. The bold aromatics translate onto the palate seamlessly with more cassis, red licorice, fresh fennel and mixed berry compote. Integrated yet prominent puckering tannins finish off the wine with a touch of lingering vanilla. Served best at 60-65 degrees fahrenheit. Open and aerate for 30 min to 1 hour for it to reach its full flavor potential.
